Customer Guidelines

Operating procedure for the guidelines, discipline, and code of conduct for customers:

  Dress Code:

Customers are requested to wear acceptable social and casual clothing to maintain a family-friendly environment for all age groups with proper footwear (bowling shoes).

  Lane Etiquette:

Refraining from excessive noise, use appropriate language, and respect other bowlers' turns. Roughhousing, running, or any behavior that could pose a safety risk or disrupt other customers' experiences is strictly prohibited. You will be respectfully asked to leave the facility after one violation.

  Respect for Equipment:
                                                                           

  Handle bowling balls and equipment with care to prevent damage. Equipment should not be thrown, dropped, or mishandled in any way.                                                                                

  Shoe Rental:

  Shoe rental may be included in the packages you buy or may be charged separately. Shoes must be returned at the end of your session. Shoes must be used only while bowling and should not be used outside bowling area.

  Socks Required:
                                                                                     

  Please wear socks while wearing bowling shoes. Socks are available for purchase at nominal rates.                                                                                       


  Alcohol and Drug Policies:

Customers must adhere to local laws regarding the consumption of alcohol on the premises. Use of illegal substances or intoxication that could jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others is strictly prohibited. You will be respectfully asked to leave the facility after one violation.

  Children and Minors:

All parents should supervise their own children to ensure their safety and the safety of others. All children under age 12 years must be always accompanied by an adult guardian or parents.

  Personal Belongings:

Please deposit your personal belongings (other than purses, wallets or handbag) at our holding counter. A token will be provided as an identifier for your belongings. Please keep your personal belongings secure and do not leave them unattended. Any unattended items will be removed immediately from the floor and may not be returned. Strike Zone 10 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  Sportsmanship:

Strike Zone 10 encourages fair play and good sportsmanship among customers. Prohibit cheating, unsportsmanlike behavior, or harassment of other customers or staff.

  Prohibited Items and Activities:

Following items or activities are not permitted within the bowling alley, such as (but not limited to) outside food and drinks, smoking, pets, firearms, prohibited drugs. You will be asked to leave the facility for any activities that may be deemed unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to the premises.

  Compliance with Staff Instructions:

All customers are expected to follow staff instructions regarding safety, lane assignments, and general procedures. Non-compliance may result in penalties, warnings, or removal from the premises if necessary.

  Disciplinary Measures:

Unruly customers will be subjected to progressive disciplinary process for handling customer misconduct, including verbal warnings, written warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans if necessary.

  Injuries:
                                                                                                                              

  Strike Zone 10 will not be liable for any injuries incurred on our property. All activities are at customers' own risk(s).
